King scallop, aromatic kofta and chorizo on leek truffle mash with salsa verde

Savoury pancake with spinach and ricotta, gruyere bechamel

Smoked haddock and salmon fishcakes on dressed leaves and sweet chilli sauce


Honey duck leg with fried courgettes and truffle mash

Spiced chicken tagine with chick peas,  coriander, cinnamon and  risotto bianco

Herb marinated salmon in coconut Thai sauce, spinach and chunky fries

Mixed marinated grilled meat and vegetables, pesto dressing, gnocchi Napolitana

Crispy squid and coconut  prawns with lime aioli, oriental salad

Avocado, tiger prawns, Cornish crab and smoked salmon on crisp leaves

Lamb kofta and aubergine raita , sauce vierge

 


8oz sirloin steak with wild mushrooms in Madeira and truffle sauce, seasonal vegetables

Knuckle of lamb with rosemary and redcurrant and port sauce, creamy mash, red cabbage

Roasted cod with bacon mash, creamy shallot sauce and spinach
